Favorite Player: Dustin Hermanson

I thought Dustin Hermanson would be a lights-out closer in the Majors, and when he finally got the chance, he was, saving 34 games for the World Champion White Sox in 2005. He was the 3rd overall player taken in the 1994 MLB Draft, and he pitched in the Majors for 12 seasons. I don't know what he is doing now, but probably around 2010 or so, I sent him some cards in the mail to sign, and he sent back a signed Monavie business card with his website and e-mail on it, encouraging me to buy some Monavie juice from him. I checked the website the other day, and it was no longer active, and I haven't had the guts to try the email.
