1997 Topps #509 Tim Wallach

Tim Wallach played in the Majors from 1980-1996. He played for the Montreal Expos from 1980-1992, the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1993-1995, and split his final season with the California Angels and the Dodgers in 1996.  Tim got back to the bigs in 2004 as a coach with the Dodgers, and stayed with them through the end of 2005. After some gigs in the minors, he was back with the Dodgers in 2011, and was with them through the end of the 2015 season. He coached with the Miami Marlins in 2016, and is with them currently.

Tim got his first Topps card in the 1982 set, and appeared in every one through the 1995 set. He is missing a 1981 rookie and a 1996 Topps card to complete his career Topps run after I made this 1997 Topps custom sunset card of Tim. He needs cards from the 2005, 2006, and 2012-2018 Topps sets as a coach.

I got a good amount of custom work done today. I posted the finalized 1995 Topps checklist (thanks Paul for the help with it!), added some 2017 Topps cards from the custom card group on Facebook to my 2017 Topps file (thanks Richard for those!), and I updated all of the checklists on here as well. All of the Topps sets from 1989-1995 should now have complete checklists listed with team abbreviations next to the player names. 1996 should be an easy checklist to make since I've had the '96 complete set for a while and know it pretty good, but the 1997-2000 checklists are going to be tough, and I would totally appreciate anyone who would like to help me with them.
I placed my order on COMC, and as soon as I get it, I will post all the goodies I got. Among some of the cards were a bunch of autographed and memorabilia cards for my Favorite Player Collection, a 1992 Donruss Elite card (Howard Johnson), an '89 Upper Deck Ken Griffey, Jr, and the first cards in my collection of Kyler Burke (my 3-month old son's name is Kyler). Some cool stuff, and I can't wait to add them to my colletions. Thanks for checking out my latest post.
