Tim Wallach Project

Recently, Corey from Tim Wallach, an attempt to collect them all, wrote a comment on my 1997 Topps Tim Wallach sunset card post, saying how much he liked the card. I decided to email him and see if he wanted me to try to do a run of customs to try to complete Tim's career Topps run, and he told me how he wanted to see a 1981 Topps card, as well as whatever else I could come up with. Well, I started getting to work, and came up with these cards as the ones that he needed to complete his career Topps run: 1980 Traded, 1981, 1996, 1996 Traded, 1997, 2003 Traded, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2009 Traded, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2015 Traded, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. I was able to complete his run as a player, and have currently finished the 2003 Traded through 2009 Traded cards. Here is how they look.

Many thanks to Beny Levy and his post on the FB Custom Cards Group that shows all of the correct fonts for the Topps sets from 1951-2019. I hope to finish the rest of them sometime this week, and make a post with Tim's career Topps run. There will be some difficult designs, but some that will be easy because of the Topps custom site.
Thanks for checking out my latest post.

    1. Thanks. I’m not on Twitter. Thought about it but never pulled the trigger. I did another post with everything up through 2019, Still need to make a 2020 card, but that shouldn’t be too difficult. Here is the link to that one http://toppscardsthatneverwere.blogspot.com/2019/07/tim-wallach-career-topps-run.html
. I’m still interested in sending you some copies if you are interested. Let me know if you are.
